Estartit Villa

Our villa is located on a very quiet urbanization 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk from L'Estartit. It has a fabulous private swimming pool which is 12x4m and has Roman steps. The villa is very modern in style and is light and airy with all mod cons. The spacious rooms all have gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside or sea. The 2 master bedrooms have private terraces, which are perfect for an early evening G+T! The 3 bathrooms are fitted to a very high standard with one having a jacuzzi bath and the other 2 with enclosed shower areas with glass doors. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is very sociable and leads out to a covered terrace with fabulous views.

You have direct access to the woodland behind the villa via a private gate, making it ideal for children going out to play or walkers accessing the local trails. It is air conditioned throughout, which can also be used as heating in early/late season. This modern villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Bedrooms	Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite and a private terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with double bed and en-suite and a private terrace.
Bathrooms	En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with double sinks, WC, bidet and jacuzzi bath. Bathroom 2 with WC, bidet and enclosed shower area. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 4 with WC, bidet and enclosed shower area.
Kitchen	The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is open plan onto the lounge and dining room, with a breakfast bar.
Utility Room	In here you will find the washing machine, and all cleaning utensils.
Living Rooms	The lounge and dining are open plan and have lovely views of the woodland behind. They lead out onto a covered arched terrace. There is a 42’ TV and satellite system to receive English channels. One of the sofas is a double sofa bed.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service	The villa is thoroughly cleaned on Saturday, if you book for more than 1 week, a change of bed linen and bathroom towells will be provided. All bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the price. You need to provide your own pool/beach towels.

Notes on accommodation

This beautiful, modern Estartit villa was completed in February 2007. Air conditioned throughout, although it will only be effective when doors and windows are closed. This system can be used as heating in early/late season. Once inside the villa all rooms, except 1 bedroom, are situated on 1 level, making it ideal for family holidays in Spain. The outside terrace is enclosed with lockable gates, meaning that children cannot get to the swimming pool area. The villa is a no smoking area and no pets allowed.

Outside

The private pool will be the main focus once outdoors and as it is 12x4m, you can swim a decent length, or have plenty of room to splash around. The roman steps are great to relax on, while just dipping your toes in the water. The decking area has a covered pergola with a dining table and chairs, great for alfresco eating. A BBQ is situated on the patio. You will find sun loungers both by the pool and on the decking area. There is a private gate leading to the woods behind, which are great for exploring. The covered arch has comfortable seating, a lovely area to sit and read or just take in the views.

Notes on prices

Prices are for the rental of the property per week and are in pounds sterling. Price based on 8 people sharing. Extra cost for 9 or 10th person using bed settee in lounge, £10 per person per night. The minimum rental is 7 nights. Prices include a change of bedlinen and cleaning service each Saturday. 20% deposit required to confirm your booking. The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival day. Credit Card payments are accepted.

Changeover day

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. This allows us time to ensure that our Estartit villa is presented to you immaculately.
