The two greatest
activities in Estartit must be the vast sandy beach and the imposing Medas Islands, a protected wildlife sanctuary situated off the shoreline. The beach is one of the best and safest in Spain as it shelves gently into the sea, making it safe for children to play in. A great way to visit the Medas Islands is by boat, and, for the more adventurous, the snorkelling trips and scuba diving are great fun!
