Guests at Cafe Barracuda love our friendly family resort. There is a large private play area where the kids can join in with many activities or simply make friends whilst playing. Your children can choose from mini golf, the bouncy castle, table tennis, playing pool or the 'little tykes' playground. They can also join in one of the many activities such as face painting, balloon modelling, treasure hunts, bingo, colouring and quizzes. In the meantime, there are plenty of comfortable areas for the adults to sit and relax - both inside and outside of the bar and restaurant complex.
Twice a week there is a free kids party, which is always great fun with many activities to join in, not just for the kids but the whole family! Our popular pirate night is not be missed, the kids will be painted as pirates and given sword balloons, they then join in 3 treasure hunts looking for the treasure chest, whilst winning prizes galore! Most evenings everyone can join in with Karaoke, choose from 1000’s of songs on offer.
L’Estartit is a great family resort with many activities on offer. The beach is huge and shallow, which means that there is plenty of room for the kids to play, make sandcastles or play bat and ball. You can hire a pedalo or go on the banana boat! The promenade has several kids play areas and is a great place for an easy stroll with a pushchair. The local go kart track always proves popular with families, they offer a free bus collection from resort.
The family resort excursions on offer to the waterparks and Marineland will suit children of all ages. With many places of interest in Estartit and the Costa Brava a fun day out is guaranteed. A day trip to Barcelona can be enjoyable for everyone. Choose from visiting the New Camp football stadium, or the huge zoo with a great variety of animals to see, or the aquarium where the sharks swim overhead!!
The swimming pool at Cafe Barracuda has a slide that the kids will love! You will find that this will keep them occupied as they spend their day whizzing down it and making friends! The pool itself is larger than most you will find in the family resort of L’Estartit, and the separate kids section is great for the smaller ones.
